Membership Application

I declare that in consideration of my being admitted to membership, I will at all times abide by the Cambridge Flying Group rules, aerodrome and flying regulations, new and standing safety notices, orders or bye - laws which the committee of the management m ay promulgate from time to time. I understand that membership will not be finally effective until the expiry of a probationary period not exceeding four months, during which membership may be terminated at the absolute discretion of the Cambridge Flying G roup management committee upon the refund of subscription paid by me. I understand that the Cambridge Flying Group is the name in which CFG Flying Limited trades, and that it is a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital. I request tha t my name be entered in the register of members, and undertake in the event of the company being wound up whilst I am a member, or within one year of my ceasing to be a member, to contribute to payment of the debts and liability of CFG Flying Limited such amount as may be required, not exceeding £1.00 (one pound). I understand that for the purposes of any training given by the Cambridge Flying Group I am acting as a student pilot and that any solo flight by me during this period shall be conducted under th e supervision of an appropriately qualified Cambridge Flying Group instructor. I have read and fully understand all of the above and undertake this flight in full accordance with the operating procedures of CFG Flying Limited, in contemplation of subsequent evaluation of my suitability for further flying training.
